Where the money goes
Nothing is covered yet
0% of this month's server costs is covered by supporters. Right now the founders pay every server bill themselves. A tier pays for servers first: the game service today, then the relays that keep 2v2 and co-op fast in every region.

Questions
Before you buy
Do tiers give any advantage in ranked?
No. Ranked matches, cups, leaderboards and statistics are the same for everyone. Tier badges and colours never appear on leaderboard rows.
How do I cancel?
Online, in a few clicks, any time. We remind you before each renewal. EU and UK buyers who cancel within 14 days get a proportional refund.
Can I gift a tier?
Yes. Type their Minecraft name and tick "This is a gift". A gifted tier lasts a month and then renews each month on your payment until you cancel; they are told it renews.
Where do I buy cosmetics?
In the game's own shop, where you can try items on before you buy. The website sells tiers only.
Are there refunds?
Tiers can be cancelled any time. Beyond that there are no refunds, except where the law requires one.
How old do I need to be?
16 or older to buy. Younger players can get a tier when a parent or guardian buys it for them.
